MBC Welcomes Joe Borrelli as Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager

Mid-Atlantic Broadband Communities Corporation (MBC) is pleased to announce that Joe Borrelli has joined our team as Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager.

Joe brings more than 20 years of experience in network operations, getting his start as a Network Analyst in Tampa, Florida. He later continued his career in NOC transport in Virginia, where he continued to expand his expertise and deepen his knowledge in the field.

He lives in Waynesboro, VA with his wife and their two amazing sons, ages 14 and 16. Outside of work, Joe’s favorite role is being a dad—something he considers his greatest joy.
